Sometimes I still like to do things myself. I find more and more, though, I prefer to pay someone when I need services done. I can never do as good a job as a professional can, and it’s just easier. I wanted something more conservative than raindrops. The raindrops are cute, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think they are appropriate for the kitchen and the living room and the bedrooms, Etc. I also decided to get sun control Window Films because they come from a big company that is known to be very reliable.

My sister is always calling me on weekends to go to an auction, flea market, or some kind of yard sale. I don’t mind flea markets or yard sales, but I find auctions are boring. Usually there is only one thing I am interested in and it doesn’t go up for sale until the end of the auction. After waiting all that time, I am tired and cranky. I have my set price and I’ll yell it out, and normally get outbid. Like I said, I go to be with my sister, and not to spend money. However, last weekend, we went to an auction, and I wasn’t so upset. The auction was a huge furniture warehouse, and everything was selling dirt cheap. When I saw the leather couches, I was in love. They were a rich chocolate brown, with nail head upholstery. I was in love. I knew how much money was in the bank, and I was prepared to use it all. When the bidding started, I waited until the bids were up to a reasonable starting price. I couldn’t believe that when I bid, I won. One bid and everyone was done. I had only spent half the money on the leather couches than I had expected to pay. Along with the leather couches, I was able to pick up a couple of chairs in a lighter brown. My sister gave me an odd look when we went up to pay for my haul leather couches, and asked how we were getting them home?

But then the other morning I heard all of this buzzing coming from the window behind me and when I looked out I noticed that there were yellow jackets coming in and out of a hole in the windowsill! There was a huge yellow jacket nest out there that I was not going to touch myself

None of that stuff worked and I started to get desperate. However, I knew that bee extermination would be really expensive for me to have done by a professional bee removal company. I was saving up for a new television and surround sound system for my living room, and I didn’t want to have to sacrifice that money for bee removal! That’s why I said that this was a tough choice that only an adult would have to make. I had to choose between my new entertainment system and getting rid of all of the bees that were making my life miserable. Thanksgiving was awesome this year. Despite all the warnings about the virus variants spreading around, I figured everybody would be safe at my mother’s house. That’s where we normally have Thanksgiving, it’s basically a tradition. Our mother cooks the finest food in the world and I don’t think I would be able to live if I wasn’t able to enjoy our traditional Thanksgiving Feast. Well, we were definitely cautious and that’s why everybody pitched in to buy a really nice UV air purification for my mother’s home. I read all about these UV air purification systems and learned that they not only provide the best air quality, but the UV light operates to destroy those lurking germs that are spreading around, including any covid virus or variants. I mean I’m sure it’s not a guarantee that nobody will get sick but everybody sure felt a lot more comfortable when we all got together. Nobody seemed to be sick at all and everybody felt comfortable enjoying our mother’s delicious food. We spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace just talking about everything going on in our lives. It is a crazy time indeed, but we all have each other’s backs as a family. I feel like if everybody goes for UV air purification systems, there will be a lot less to be concerned about and we can actually enjoy life!

I always thought I had big dreams when I was younger like being a pilot, boat captain, or something exciting like that.

When I got older I realized that none of those things were likely going to happen. I tried learning to fly the small rental planes, but even that made me feel too nervous. I realized that I had to do something a little more normal with my life. I didn’t want to attend a regular college but I wasn’t sure what else there was for me. My parents thought I should go for something huge like being a doctor or a lawyer, but it just didn’t feel right to me. Then my uncle was talking to me about what I wanted to do and I couldn’t really give him anything. He asked if I wanted to go to school and I just shrugged. Then he told me if I was looking to go to school, I didn’t have to go to a traditional one. He said a trade school would be a smart move for me to make. I thought that was brilliant and I immediately went to look into the trade schools in the area. I found a few great schools where I could learn plumbing and there was a place where I could even learn to be a real pilot. Of course, I knew that I would probably crash the plane, so I looked into becoming an HVAC technician. I figured it would be safe enough working on people’s HVAC systems and not crashing to my death. I went for it and everything worked out perfectly. My parents weren’t especially thrilled, but I love the work I do now in the HVAC industry.

My brother has always been smooth over the years, especially with the ladies.

Well, I thought I had seen everything with his moves until he told this young lady that he would upgrade the HVAC system in her place.

I was surprised because I knew that my brother was no HVAC professional and I didn’t know what he thought he was doing. He talked the young lady into buying a brand new ductless mini split. When the thing was shipped to her place, he asked me if I would help out with the job. I couldn’t believe it, I wasn’t an HVAC professional either and I didn’t think I could handle this type of job. I told him I would help, but he better not be mad at me when everything went to crap. I was surprised when we started working on the installation though because he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He told me to relax because he had done this type of installation before and it was a breeze. He even made the electric work seem easy and I didn’t think he was an electrician either. When the HVAC was finally finished being installed, I was impressed with how well it worked. The person who was the most happy though was my brother’s new young lady friend. After that job we did for her, she has been dating my brother and she spoils the hell out of him. She takes him wherever he needs to go and they enjoy each other’s company, especially at fancy restaurants.

As of late, I have really been feeling exhausted. This is mainly because I haven’t been able to get decent sleep in the evening without enough A/C to make me feel comfortable. I find myself tossing and turning like there is no tomorrow. Whenever I even hear the slightest noise that wakes me up. This is because my A/C system has not been working well, and I haven’t been able to afford to have it repaired. I tried actually working on it by myself but I wasn’t able to figure anything out regardless of the fact that I looked at tons of maintenance and repair videos for different types of A/C systems. Looking at my A/C system, it seemed like I would have to be a rocket scientist to be able to figure everything out, so I didn’t even bother trying. I figured I would likely cause more damage than improving the situation. It has been going on like this for over a month now and I have been doing horrible at work. My boss even had to speak with me about what has been going on. He says that if I don’t get it together soon, he might have to let me go and then what would I do? Because I don’t want to lose my job, I decided to call the HVAC company to finally work on my cooling system. They told me about HVAC zone control too and I decided to go for that upgrade. With the HVAC zone control, I can use the cooling in my room now without worrying about the rest of the house. This makes my energy bills low and I can finally sleep at night! I finally feel refreshed now when I go to work.

For a long time, I was worried about what HVAC system I might go for when ours was no longer working.

Fortunately, my brother runs a successful HVAC business and he is always listing what is new on the market and various HVAC systems he recommends.

I follow his HVAC business on social media, so I always get to see everything. I even use his HVAC services for maintaining my HVAC system. The HVAC professionals that come to my house tell me that my HVAC will still run for much longer, but they always suggest upgrading to something more energy efficient. When I asked my brother personally what he thought I should go for, he said I should consider saving up enough money to get a geothermal HVAC system. He said the geothermal heat pump was one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems around. He explained that it would last forever with minimal HVAC maintenance and the HVAC system would probably outlast me. I didn’t know if I felt good about the HVAC outlasting me because it made me feel old, but I realized that the HVAC system would last almost 50 years which really was a long time for an HVAC system to be working. I did what he said, I saved for the longest time until I had a great deal of money put away. When I finally went for the geothermal HVAC upgrade, I felt like I made the smartest decision I had made in a long time. My energy bills went down surprisingly low and this HVAC system is fantastic!

He ended up making his business very successful with numerous employees and all. He had a business building where the HVAC was on point and the temperature control settings were always nice. I always thought it was impressive how well he was doing and how much money he was making. His employees were always happy because they made a good living and had excellent careers thanks to his thriving business. Well, he decided not so long ago that he wanted to sell the business for millions. He had no issue selling the business and I was in shock. I asked him what he was going to do next. He said nothing has really changed for him, he just wanted to enjoy life away from everything. He said he didn’t want to deal with all these big shots all the time, even though he was good at what he did. He ended up buying this very nice property that really was far from everything else. His land was incredibly private but huge. He has his own landing strip with an airplane and everything. He even has a helicopter and a house that’s basically a mansion. His HVAC system is impressive with radiant heated floors and a cooling system with rapid cooling. I could only wish to achieve his success, but he says I could do anything I put my mind to. It’s funny, I used to tell him that when we were younger.

These last few years, we have been doing movie nights at my place ever since we bought a 4K projector.

• Sometimes we love to watch the movies outside and other times we will go in the basement.

When we first watched a movie in the basement, we came to find that it wasn’t all that comfortable with so many bodies packed in that space. We didn’t have nearly enough cooling for the basement. That was until we decided to have a ductless mini split installed to keep the basement entirely comfortable. With all the right furniture down there and the help of the ductless mini split, it is now perfectly comfortable no matter what season it happens to be. This is because the ductless mini split provides both heating and cooling. On top of that, this HVAC system is highly energy efficient. We’re talking about a SEER rating of 24! On the nicer days though like in the spring months and the fall season, it’s always best to enjoy watching our movies outdoors. We have a fairly private backyard because we have trees surrounding the property. It’s fun to set up the projection screen in between these two large trees towards the end of the yard and we’ll set up a bunch of lawn chairs and enjoy various drinks and snacks. Sometimes we’ll even have some summer movie nights outside instead of indoors, but we typically rent powerful outdoor A/C systems when we do this, but it’s always worth it! It also helps if you’re wearing a cooling hat if it’s too hot out there.
