He said the geothermal heat pump was one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems around. He explained that it would last forever with minimal HVAC maintenance and the HVAC system would probably outlast me. I didn’t know if I felt good about the HVAC outlasting me because it made me feel old, but I realized that the HVAC system would last almost 50 years which really was a long time for an HVAC system to be working. I did what he said, I saved for the longest time until I had a great deal of money put away. When I finally went for the geothermal HVAC upgrade, I felt like I made the smartest decision I had made in a long time. My energy bills went down surprisingly low and this HVAC system is fantastic!
