I really should have chosen a odd storage locker when I moved down south a couple of weeks ago, however when I first moved down here, I thought that it was deranged for me to choose a storage component with temperature control, i thought that it was crazy for me to be using temperature controlled storage, which cost more, to store my kitchen utensils, books, plus extra clothing.

• I mean, these are inanimate objects that every one of us are talking about, they do not need to have a heating plus cooling system, or so I thought.

I suppose I had just never been around a climate appreciate the a single that I somehow ended up in whenever I moved down here! See, down here in the section of the South where I moved, humidity is a immense problem. The hotter the temperature here gets, the more humidity there is. And of course, the more humidity there is, the more moisture there is. I did not realize that section of an cooling system’s task is to unlink the humidity from the space where it is running. I suppose I just never really thought about it before. I thought that an cooling system was to avoid cooling air, plus that was it… However, living down here for a while has really made me realize that a/c is just as pressing for removing humidity as it is for pulling down the temperature inside. When I went to option my stuff up from the storage locker, I was super aggravated to find out that most of my stuff was covered in mold plus mildew, but it was my own fault for not getting the storage locker with temperature control.

For the past two weeks, almost every single day I was working overtime.

We are short staffed, so my boss was quite happy for me to do all of the extra overtime.

I wasn’t doing all of this overtime though because I enjoyed it, it’s because I knew I was going to have a big expense coming my way soon. So I knew in order to afford it, I would have to work overtime for a while. The big expense I am talking about, is a brand new heating and air conditioning component. Although my HVAC device has not gone out yet, I know it will be going out soon due to old age, and I don’t want to wait for that to happen. I was finally paid today, which means I can call the HVAC corporation. Prior to getting paid, I had already made plans with the heating and cooling company and they gave me quotes and everything. So now all I had to do is call the HVAC business so we can get the actual appointment scheduled. The heating and air conditioning company I chose in particular is known for being the best in our town. Just like the A/C components they sell, this company is known for their speed and efficiency. It’s probably because they are also the biggest business, with a ton of certified A/C repairmen. My appointment is scheduled for 2 days from now, so in 2 days from now, I will have my new air conditioning system and I am really looking forward to it, all of that hard work is going to finally pay off.

Well, the heating and cooling system lasted a couple of months, which is a record actually.

Usually it breaks down once a month or so, it’s gotten to the point where the HVAC technicians know me by name.

Most people, by now would have gotten a new A/C component. But for a while, I was still hopeful that this one could be saved. I am beginning to realize that that is not possible, and I should just start preparing for a new HVAC installation. I was really trying to avoid getting a new cooling device, even though it would take some of the stress off of me. I don’t want a new HVAC system partially because of expense, and partially because that is a big commitment. Nor do I want to deal with the stress of figuring out what kind of model of A/C I should go for. But I can’t keep having these heating and cooling professionals coming out to my home, I will end up spending more money on this old system than I would spend on a new one. I think what I will do is call my certified A/C corporation in the next few days, and discuss my options. I prefer to get this done and over with as quickly as possible, and put this behind me. Hopefully one of their heating and cooling technicians will know the perfect model of air conditioner for me, so the decision won’t be difficult. Thankfully, the A/C company I go with is known for being incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, I have been with them for years.

If there’s one thing that I simply cannot see and it is living in such a hot and heated climate.

I have been planning to move up North for quite some time now, but until I can afford to move I guess I’m stuck here. So until then I have been looking at different ways that I can try to reduce my level of discomfort and be in a much cooler environment. For a while there I was just going and running my air conditioning system on full blast, that worked and it kept my home nice and cool but the problem was that it over worked my AC system and it raised my energy bills to very high. My brother, who was a heating AC technician warned me that if I continued to run my air conditioning system like that they would break down on me because I was overworking it. I was lucky enough that I had the extra cash to spend on these high energy bills but I was continually being told I was putting my air conditioning system in danger of breaking down. But I was just so tired of feeling hot and sticky and sweaty but I ignored him and continued to run it anyways, in my mind, taking that risk of it breaking down was a worthy one if it meant that I could stay cool. My brother tried to explain to me that if my air conditioning system broke down that I would have nothing to keep myself cool and I would be in an even more worse situation, but I did not listen to continue to do it anyways. Well eventually my brother proved he was right when my air conditioning system broke down on me. I complained endlessly about it to him over the phone and I guess he took pity on me because he came over and repaired it for me for free. I was so thankful and appreciative just thrilled to have normal cooling again.

I feel like I’m very lucky, and I’m very lucky because I am fortunate enough to be one of the few people that has had a very close relationship with all their extended family members.

I’m particularly close to all my nieces and nephews, my brother and I were always really close when we were kids and so when he and I both eventually got married and had children of our own, we stayed in contact. Our kids eventually got to meet each other and they got along really well and we would frequently take our kids to places so they can play together. One day, my brother called me on the phone telling me that he was having problems with his indoor air quality. I told him to pick up a heap of filter because it would be the strongest, and the most able to take care of any indoor air quality problems.

I am an independent heating & specialist. And by being an independent heating & specialist I make our own rules. One of those rules is that I always guarantee quality repair or your task in Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repair that you hired myself and others for is one hundred percent free of charge. I know that I am a great heating & cooling specialist, so the chances of a excruciating task happening is truly rare. So I know that 99 percent of the time the client will not be able to or want to complain & make myself and others give the repair free. However, every so often you do get that one person that just isn’t delighted & is a real jerk. I had one of these recently. If this happened every week or even every week I would have to change our policy. But since it is maybe once every few years I get these kinda people, I just suck up the loss & keep our good name.

I have made a lot of awful choices in life when it comes to business.

This is why I am not a company owner nor a businessman. I am a usual joe who works in an office doing accounting for a heating plus a/c company. It is really our own farm so I work for myself.
