He showed me the videos he was watching about how to install these Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems and I had to admit, apart from the electrical hookup work, everything else seemed to be actually straightforward. So both of us ended up ordering this ductless mini split. All of us hooked everything up and ran all the lines through the attic space. It’s easy to talk about getting in shape when you’re in your early fifties. At least the talk has been easy for me. It’s not all that long ago I can remember being relatively fit plus legitimately active. Then life sort of caught up to myself and others plus I was spending a lot more time just trying to get through our week. As I received more responsibilities at work, the more minutes I put in. Our office is not pressing however there are over 30 people who toil here. The building the people I was with and I toil in was absolutely converted from an aged department store to a suite of offices. Our office takes up 1 entire floor. It’s pretty much all open space except for a couple of offices and conference rooms. This open space works great for communication and a feeling of connectedness. However, it’s not so great when it comes to the Heating and Air Conditioning setting. The entire space is controlled by 1 Heating and Air Conditioning setting. It’s hard enough to find a temperature the people I was with and I can all agree to. But then, there are areas that get more sunshine and are warmer and some that are draftier. I have noticed that people are constantly messing with the Heating and Air Conditioning setting. And there have even been some miserable words exchanged. Hence the Heating and Air Conditioning crew. I engaged them to come in a change the up-to-date Heating and Air Conditioning situation into 1 where there are separate areas. This is called zone control Heating and Air Conditioning. Now there will be more than four zones so everyone can find a section where they know more comfortable. At least that is my hope. You never believe when you’re dealing with a group of people. But at least I’m trying to make the comfort and welfare of the workforce a priority.

Well, the people I was with and I have had a superb marriage up until this point, however I’m not sure how much longer I can deal with this lifestyle. I suppose he’s a fantastic guy plus I understand why all these people love him, however they shouldn’t love him more than I do! I’m going to wait to see if things get better, however I have a feeling love our marriage is going to fall apart.

The other afternoon was truly long for me and I was tired by the night’s end. I remember thinking about how I just wanted to go house and get a fire going in the fireplace so I could relax. That’s when our boss told me he needed me to work a double shift! I couldn’t just say no as I didn’t have any good excuses, so I agreed to the double, however by the time I was done, I was so tired and I just wanted to go anywhere to get some food. I ended up going to 1 of our number one diners where they have the best temperature control settings and great food. Since I was so tired, I ended up getting our food to go. I turned the gas furnace back on in our motorcar and I was wondering why I was feeling chilly while driving back home. Then I realized that our gas furnace was not working. I knew that not having a working gas furnace in the Winter time was truly dangerous. While I didn’t want to have to drive to the auto maintenance shop, I truly had no choice unless I wanted to get into an accident in the afternoon because I couldn’t defrost our windows! So I had our gas furnace repaired. They ended up having to swap out the furnace core which took a lot longer than I expected. I was ecstatic when our gas furnace was working again, even though I was too tired to even get our fireplace going when I got back home. I just adjusted the temperature control settings and then went to sleep.
