I’m a bit of a sucker when it comes to opening my apps and finding out how I’m supposed to conduct my day the most efficiently. Recently I’ve been utterly thrilled to see that I’m entering an important period of amazing success and comfort. Namely, with my heating, cooling, and air quality control system. Now, the stars didn’t exactly indicate that my HVAC system would be the source of my upcoming joy, but based on the new indoor air quality control devices that I’m having installed next week by a professional HVAC technician crew, I’m pretty sure that my indoor air temperature is going to be part of the positive revolution. I started looking into HVAC repair and replacement services last month and found that the equipment purchase went off without a hitch. I got a great deal on zone controlled heating and cooling, a new thermostat, and air duct cleanings. I know that the next month is going to be beyond comfortable and full of life’s pleasures – indoor air quality and temperature control definitely included. I feel especially confident about the energy efficient purchase I just made, especially since my HVAC system seems to be predicted by the planets.

I’m what you might call a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my academic Pursuits. If I’m not getting a 4.0 GPA I’m not sure what to do with myself. I try really hard to keep everything in stride and find balance in my life, but there are times that I’m simply not in control of all of the factors around me and my school work can get very challenging. I really love the summer time around here.

I’m not the biggest fan of winter, in general, because of the ice cold temperatures and complications with transportation..However, I absolutely love when the summer season rolls around and we start to get some hot, balmy air in the region.

Truthbetold, I’m not a big proponent of being outdoors in the sun, though. I don’t want to go swimming or basking in the sunshine. I just want to be able to wake up, get out of bed, and find that the indoor air isn’t so brutally cold that I can’t breathe all day. This is why I’ve settled for running a powerful air conditioning machine inside my home every day during the summer season. I can stay indoors, enjoy the relatively warmer air, and stay out of the hot, pounding sun. If I ever get too cold, I can easily walk outdoors to thaw myself. But I don’t want to worry about having to heat my home or get my furnace fixed during a long and difficult season, the way I do for the other half of the year. Trouble being, even the AC comes with complications. I can’t turn on the AC unit without worrying about freon leakage back into my home. I only found that out the hard way, after I got sick last year from daily indoor air contamination. My doctor said I probably would have been okay around the faulty AC and leaking freon… had I ever left the house and gotten a little fresh air.

I’m so glad to be a human being who never has to worry about where my next meal is coming from.

I’m very privileged to have safety and stability in my life, via my family and all of our blessings. Thank god, I don’t have to worry about starving or freezing to death during the long, hard winters around here because we have a huge, warm home and all the food you could imagine. This is partly, at least, because my dad is a professional chef. He’s been cooking for as long as I can remember, all the way back to being in diapers. The other thing I’ll always remember is the smell of his cooking permeating the whole house. This is because no matter what we do, we can’t get the odors from his food adventures out of the indoor air after he lights up the stove. It feels like we’re all going to choke to death as airborne pollutants fill the indoor air quality control system and flood the entire home. We start circulating the odors as soon as the heating and cooling system gets a bit of the spicy contamination into the air ducts and starts whipping it through the whole house. I’m not what you would call a “morning person,” per se.

I try my best to be on the top of my game as soon as my eyes open, but the reality is that I take a while to reenter this plane of existence.

During that time, there’s no saying what I’m going to do or say. I probably won’t even remember the first fifth of my day. This is why I don’t need any help making the morning more difficult than it already is. Waking up to a freezing cold house, for example, is not my idea of peacefully entering the real world. I have to say, I am getting incredibly Restless, but every once in a while I have this unfulfillable urge to pack up my life and hit the road.

I do not appreciate to hang around in 1 location for too long or else I start to get trapped in setback mental cycles that completely degrade my life.

Once my cognitive world is turned upside down, it takes me a undoubtedly long time to get everything set on a positive and healthy path again. This is 1 of the reasons that I absolutely care about going on road trips. If I can throw all of my belongings in the vehicle and drive across the country I am in a great location.
