Glad I changed to a smart temperature control

I have been redoing all the rooms in the house.

I option a space plus totally revamp it.

The dining rooms get current windows, rugs, paint plus lights. I even change the outlet guts plus switch plates. I want our house to look current plus brand new. I am now currently working in our hallway. I have changed the hallway runner to brick plus painted the walls. The popcorn ceiling was scraped plus sanded smooth. I paid extra to have recessed lighting plus a smart smoke detector. The last touch was adding a better temperature control. I had a beige temperature control with a plastic toggle. You could change the temperature by moving it from the 60, 68, 79, plus 90 degree range. There were no precise temperature settings plus it was actually easy to bump that toggle. I would frequently notice that the house felt super warm plus realized that I hit the toggle to 90. Who would ever want that to beginning with? Anyway, I ripped out the outdated temperature control plus updated it with a current smart temperature control. Now it is a silver temperature control with a green innerface. I can gently turn the dial if I want to adjust our heating plus cooling. What is actually superb is that I only do it from our phone now. I can lay in bed plus decide I want to raise plus lower the temperature. I get text alerts on air filter variations, humidity issues, energy efficient settings plus the weather outside. My temperature control was such a nice purchase. It looks superb plus functions even better.

Body is a Tad Bit Sore From so Much Heating, Ventilation, & A/C Repair Work

I’m in pretty enjoyable shape for an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech.

  • I workout each day, do yearly yoga, & eat a clean diet.

Yet when I work a lot outside on the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C AC compressor, like I have been doing the past week, my 55 year old body feels pretty sore. My lower back is doing okay though thanks to all of the yoga I’ve been doing over the past 12 years. I highly command doing yoga each day. Just beginning with one minute a day for a month & then go to 2 minutes a day for a month & so on up to 15 minutes. I had to work on the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan the other day & was bent over for long periods of time however my lower back was wonderful the next day. Just do one pose & hold it for 30 minutes then switch sides & do another 30 minutes & build from there. I had to clean the air duct a few months ago, which took me all day & involved a lot of bending over & lifting, yet I had no pain in my lower back at all the following day. Before doing yoga I would be using ice & painkillers the next day because of all of the pain. Sorry if I sound like I’m preaching. I taught it to my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier owner friend & he told me it is the best thing he has ever done for himself, so it isn’t just me who thinks it is great. I am going to replace the heat pump this month & don’t have to worry about back pain afterwards, thanks to yoga!

Cleaning the Cooling Equipment at Mom’s Beach House

I told our Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech neighbor about our mom’s AC compressor rusting outside and he told me we need to rinse it down every afternoon when it is windy because it blows the salt air around more. I didn’t even assume about something like this however it does make sense so I am going to get mom and dad to rinse it each windy afternoon with water from the garden hose. I bet it will help a lot with the rusting concern they are having with all of the a/c compressors they have had installed over the past many years. They live legitimately close to the Gulf of Mexico and when the wind is blowing and the waves are crashing, the salt spray travels with the help of the wind and gets onto the AC compressor in their backyard. I’ve observed salt spray on our car before when I parked it at their cabin for the weekend so it does make sense. It’s not just the cooling system that rusts on these houses however anything that is outside and is metal is usually rusty too. I would like to clean her cabin too while we are spraying the AC component because she has a lot of metal screws and connecters around the cabin that could rust too if sprayed too several times with the salt water. This is 1 of the drawbacks of residing close to the ocean however it is worth it in the end. I will go buy a HEPA filter today for our mom and replace her aged AC filter with it.

One of the Best Comedy Specials Ever Made

I’ve mentioned before that I’ve done standup comedy for 17 years and I have seen a ton of so-called comedians perform live in front of me. I’ve also watched a lot of comedy and studied it legitimately astutely. One of the best comics I’ve seen was George Carlin and his best special, in our opinion, was the special called Again from 1974. Check out his bit called “Time” if you don’t want to watch the whole special and look at his acting skills along with his comedy. He was the best back then before he got grumpy. My Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation owner has been doing comedy since I started, and he has made it a nice career for him with both television and sound dock performances, however i’ve not been so successful, however have had several good memories from it. I’m going to visit our friend today at the local corporation to see if he wants to come to our mom’s cabin this weekend and watch that special with us. I assume it is an minute and twenty minutes long and is packed with a lot of funny moments that I have never forgotten since watching it so long ago. Maybe our neighbor can come by early and help me clean our mom’s cooling system before we watch the special. I assume we could get it done pretty quickly and maybe even go for a walk on the beach to catch the sunset. My mom lives legitimately close to the beach and has a concern with the salt air rusting the cooling system compressor outside.

Off to the Local Contractor to Line up Some AC Repair

Summer is almost here and the outside temps are hitting close to 100 F while we were in the afternoon. Our cooling system decided it needed a split from cooling the cabin while we were in 1 of the hottest times of the year. I am going to have to get it fixed today or we will need to rent a hotel room until it is fixed because there is no way we will be able to sleep in this cabin without a/c. I bet the cabin will get up to 90 F or more while we were in the afternoon and it won’t cool off much more than that at night. We have ceiling fans however they will just blow around the already hot air that is in the cabin and not do much at all to cool us down. Actually, that is called forced air convection, and it is how you cook a turkey in an oven so a/c is a must. I don’t suppose how they slept before Heating, Ventilation and A/C came out however somehow they managed. I think they had those sizable attic fans that would pull in the air through the windows and somewhat cool down the house, however when it was entirely hot out I don’t assume it did much. I’m going to the local corporation today to talk to them about getting our AC fixed today and what kind of price they would charge to put us in front of all of the other shoppers. At this point I entirely don’t care what it costs, I just want to have chilly air tonight when I sleep.

A New Ceiling Fan Made all the Difference in the World

The a/c in our home office wasn’t cooling me down legitimately well so our cousin bought a current ceiling fan because the aged 1 was dying and barely doing anything to cool me down.

This current ceiling fan feels like a hurricane in the home office so now our room is nice and cool and I am sleeping a lot better because of it.

I assume there are way too several vents in this cabin and the air handler isn’t strong enough to push air adequately throughout the house. I am not entirely sure if it is because her compressor is too small or the air handler isn’t sizable enough however we ended up closing a few of the vents and the concern seems to be solved. There are a total of more than eight vents in this 1200 SF cabin and to me that seems like too several for a cabin this size. I’m not an Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech or anything however if you put your hand up to the vent in our home office you can barely assume the air flowing from it. I think I could always seal off a few of the vents and patch up the ceiling, that shouldn’t take too long to do. I think we should have bought a larger air handler or a/c compressor and then the more than eight vents wouldn’t be an issue. I assume I will get our Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist neighbor to come over and take a look at it, I’m sure he will suppose how to solve the problem. He’s been laboring in the field forever.

Mom’s House Has the Best Whole Home Heating System

I need to ask our mom what brand of oil furnace she has for her cabin because it entirely warms the place up fast when it is legitimately chilly outside.

I suppose they spent a lot of currency on it however it is so efficient that I bet it has saved them a lot of currency since they bought it many years ago.

I assume they have an electric heat pump, although I need to ask them because I’ve heard that the geothermal heat pumps are even more efficient. My neighbor told me about geothermal heat pumps as he sells them at his toil although I need to make sure he is giving me the proper info because he is a little biased towards that type of heat pump as you may guess. I may go today to the store that sells them and ask them directly which type is the most efficient. I have a gas oil furnace in our house, which was put in place of the aged oil oil furnace that we once had however got exhausted of dealing with all of the service and issues with it since it was entirely old. I assume today I am going to clean the filters in all of our unit in the cabin that has a filter because I have been getting a lot of pollen irritations lately and I assume the culprit is dust. I have HEPA filters in everything except for the exhaust fan in the living room, which I don’t assume can be replaced with a HEPA filter. Today is a tied up afternoon.

Mom’s House Has the Best Whole Home Heating System

I need to ask my mom what brand of gas furnace he has for his house because it actually warms the place up fast when it is actually frigid outside.

The people I was with and I are Looking for the Most Efficient Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C Brand Out There

The people I was with and I keep the windows open occasionally for fresh air plus maybe just need to keep them closed plus run the fan on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit

Well, the time has come to replace our aged Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit plus both of us have been looking at the best Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C brands with the highest SEER ratings. I don’t want to have to cringe each time the power bill comes so I am going to get the best brand with the highest efficiency plus not have to worry about turning on the unit to keep us comfortable. I saved a lot of money over the past few years plus can get a actually fine unit soon. I want the best smart control unit money can buy plus I also want zoned cooling plus heating for our house as both of us only use certain rooms during certain times of the day. I just want to program it one time plus then not have to worry about changing it anymore. I think both of us can get it installed next month while the weather is still mild plus before the heat of the summer time comes back again. I want something that can detach the humidity from the house plus also something that can scrub the air actually well. I may even need to buy a whole home whole-house air purifier because both of us get a lot of traffic down our road plus occasionally I can smell the fumes from the buses plus cars as they pass. The people I was with and I keep the windows open occasionally for fresh air plus maybe just need to keep them closed plus run the fan on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. I will make sure both of us have a HEPA filter in the method too because they catch lots of the smells.
