This past weekend, I really wasn’t even trying to go shopping for anything.
I had everything I needed, I felt, but my friend said he had to pick up some air filters which happened to be on sale. The HEPA filters were even on sale and I was checking them out and seeing if they had any HEPA filters that would fit my Heating and A/C system. I was really happy when I found some. When I was talking to an expert, she said that we all should consider the smart thermostat which was also on sale. I thought since I was getting a nice discount on the HEPA filters, I might as well check the smart temperature thermostats out. We all looked at the different smart temperature thermostats and they were all impressive in their own ways, however my friend said she wanted to go for a touch screen one, which was quite expensive. I looked at a more basic model which was nice because it claimed to save up to 15% on the utility bills and it could be controlled remotely with devices affixed to the internet. I just couldn’t believe how cheap it was for such a nice thermostat as I had been using an old programmable one that cost me way more money. I felt like it was my lucky day and I rushed to install that new smart thermostat. It’s funny because even my friend who went for the touch screen thermostat said she should have gotten the one I got that was less than half the cost of the one she purchased. She said it’s pointless to have a touchscreen since she only adjusts the temperature control settings these days with her phone.
