One of those rules is that I always guarantee quality repair or your task in Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C maintenance that you hired myself and others for is one hundred percent free of charge. I think that I am a good heating & cooling specialist, so the possibilities of a terrible task happening is unquestionably rare, and so I think that 99 percent of the time the customer will not be able to or want to complain & make myself and others supply the repair free. However, every so often you do get that one woman that just isn’t enthusiastic & is a real jerk. I had one of these recently. And but I unquestionably wanted to tell this woman where to stick it, I had to make fantastic on the deal that I offer which is if you are not enthusiastic with the repair it is free. This woman was making up stuff just to get free Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C house services, I saw this immediately. But what could I do? If I did not make fantastic on the deal & charge him nothing, she would go around & talk terrible about myself and others & ruin my otherwise high flowing private heating & a/c corporation that I have going for myself! If this happened every month or even every month I would have to change my policy. But since it is maybe once every few years I get these kinda people, I just suck up the loss & keep my fantastic name.
