When I got hired to toil at an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C supplier as a receptionist, I didn’t even think what the acronym stood for.

I am now able to speak expertiseably with customers over the phone. I think that the majority of the maintenance calls all of us answer are due to a lack of maintenance… As house & corporation owners describe what’s gone wrong with their heating or cooling system, I have a fantastic plan of the cause & what it will require & cost to maintenance it. When they complain over concerns with indoor air quality, I am able to explain the different types of whole-house air quality accessories, including media air cleaners, germicidal UV lights & heat salvagey ventilators. I am well-versed in boilers, radiant floor heating, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, oil furnaces, air conditioners, VRFs & high-velocity heating & cooling systems. I can describe the Aeroseal duct sealing process, talk about duct cleaning & commandedthe different makes & models of smart thermostats. My Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C supplier has just gotten into smart house automation systems, & I’m now studying all about the different features. Because of my task, I now take far better care of my oil furnace & air conditioner. I’ve added a whole-house humidifier, increased the level of insulation in my walls & am diligent about increasing air filters every week. I’ve improved the comfort of my house & decreased my daily utility bills.
