One of those rules is that I always guarantee quality repair or your job in Heating & Air Conditioning repair that you hired myself and others for is 1 hundred percent free of charge. I feel that I am a great heating & cooling specialist, so the possibilities of a exhausting job happening is easily rare, however so I feel that 99 percent of the time the patron will not be able to or want to complain & make myself and others supply the repair free. However, every so often you do get that 1 man that just isn’t thrilled & is a real jerk. I had 1 of these recently. And but I entirely wanted to tell this man where to stick it, I had to make great on the deal that I offer which is if you are not thrilled with the repair it is free. This man was making up stuff just to get free Heating & Air Conditioning house services, I saw this instantly. But what could I do? If I did not make great on the deal & charge him nothing, he would go around & talk exhausting about myself and others & ruin my otherwise high flowing private heating & A/C business that I have going for myself! If this happened every week or even every month I would have to change my policy. But since it is maybe once every few years I get these kinda people, I just suck up the loss & keep my great name.
