So I believe that 99 percent of the time the customer will not be able to or want to complain plus make me supply the repair free. If I did not make fantastic on the deal plus charge him nothing, he would go around plus talk awful about me plus ruin our otherwise high flowing private heating plus a/c company that I have going for myself! If this happened every month or even every month I would have to change our policy. But since it is maybe once every few years I get these kinda people, I just suck up the loss plus keep our fantastic name.
