Although I appreciate & appreciate the Winter overall, I can’t sit the dry air it brings. When the humidity drops too low, it resembles torture for me. When I lived in the south, the winters didn’t bother me that much, & that is because in general, the humidity is higher in the southern states, even while in winter. However, I moved with our boyfriend a little further up north, & you could absolutely tell a difference in the humidity levels. During winter, the air becomes horribly dry. I usually have to wear chapstick and bring cough drops with me to help our sore throat. Although that absolutely helps, it doesn’t take care of the problem. I knew the humidity must have been getting absolutely bad, when it started getting painful to breathe. I bought a humidifier online, & had it shipped fast to our home. It arrived within a afternoon, & it wasn’t hard to set up at all. Within an minute, I could absolutely suppose the dry air disappearing, & breathing felt normal again, & not dry & painful. I was incredibly blissful that I bought the humidifier, it turned out to be currency well spent. Limiting the use of our heating & cooling proposal was a unbelievable method as well. It turns out the a/c component absolutely takes humidity out of the air, & I couldn’t have that. So while in the afternoon, the a/c was turned off to preserve the humidity, however only at night, did the two of us have the cooling component on, since at night the humidity is higher anyways.
