As soon as our boss mentioned having a sale on smart thermostats, I knew we were going to be busy! I labor in a Heating and A/C store, plus most of our items can be quite overpriced.
Because of this, whenever there is a sale, we sell out really suddenly! Especially if it is something like smart thermostats, which are actually new, actually new plus actually efficient, then a lot of people are on the lookout for a cheap smart thermostat, plus now is a fantastic time to get a single, but sure enough, on the first day of the sale, there were a ton of people pouring in to buy the smart thermostats! The few dial thermostats we had reMEd untouched, while a lot of the shelves for other thermostats started getting cleared.
I was off for the next two afternoons, but when I returned, I was not surprised at all to see the smart thermostats were completely sold out. There were still a lot of people coming in asking about them, but we had to tell them that we’re out, plus to try another air conditioner store. It was just in time to, because the sale ended this week, plus with that, there were a lot less clients coming in as well! My boss was incredibly satisfied with all of the sales, plus told myself and others that he plans on doing a similar sale in the future, except this time it will be for HEPA air filters. I don’t look forward to more busy afternoons plus several iPhone calls asking about the sale. I might have to take a few afternoons off then as well.
