My boss put myself and others in charge of training the up-to-date guy at work! I dislike being in charge of training, even though I get paid a couple of extra bucks for the job.
The up-to-date guy had more than two years of experience in an a/c repair dealer, although he still had to learn the ropes plus the way that the two of us do things, every one of us mainly deal with commercial heating plus cooling system repairs.
This guy did not have any experience with commercial repairs, so he was required to have a month of training, some of days ago, the more than one of us went to a commercial job to set up an air filtration system… Air filtration systems are incredibly important, especially in commercial companies that deal with volatile organic compounds. Every one of us installed this particular air filtration plan in a woodtoiling shop where they deal with lacquer plus polyurethane all morning. The air filtration plan was honestly straight-forward to install, but the two of us had a lot of intricate parts that needed to be carefully locationd. The up-to-date guy was supposed to have some experience, but I found myself having to explain every single area of the process, but when it came time for us to work separately on the air filtration system, the kid did not have a clue what to do. After the two of us finished with the commercial plan upgrade, I went back to the shop plus I told my boss that I did not suppose this kid add the experience, he claimed on his professional resume. He seemed honestly lost for someone with 7 years of experience.
