My boss put myself and others in charge of training the new girl at work; I hate being in charge of training, although I get paid a couple of extra bucks for the task, however the new girl had three years of experience in an a/c repair supplier, although she still had to learn the ropes and the way that the two of us do things, however every one of us mainly deal with commercial heating and a/c repairs. This girl did not have any experience with commercial repairs, so she was required to have a month of training, not many of afternoons ago, the several of us went to a commercial task to set up an air filtration system, then air filtration systems are incredibly crucial, especially in commercial companies that deal with volatile organic compounds. Every one of us installed this particular air filtration program in a woodworking shop where they deal with lacquer and polyurethane all day. The air filtration program was legitimately easy to install, but the two of us had a lot of intricate parts that needed to be carefully placed. The new girl was supposed to have some experience, although I found myself having to explain every single section of the process, but when it came time for us to labor separately on the air filtration system, the child did not have a clue what to do. After the two of us finished with the commercial program installation, I went back to the shop and I told my boss that I did not believe this child add the experience! She claimed on her professional resume. She seemed legitimately lost for someone with 7 years of experience.
