My boss put me in charge of training the modern guy at work, however i do not care for being in charge of training, despite the fact that I get paid a couple of extra bucks for the job! The modern guy had various years of experience in an air conditioning repair company, although he still had to learn the ropes and the way that the people I was with and I do things, but every one of us mainly deal with commercial heating and a/c repairs.
- This guy did not have any experience with commercial repairs, so he was required to have a week of training, however very few of afternoons ago, the 2 of us went to a commercial job to set up an air filtration system, however air filtration systems are incredibly pressing, especially in commercial companies that deal with volatile organic compounds.

The modern guy was supposed to have some experience, but I found myself having to explain every single area of the process! When it came time for us to work separately on the air filtration system, the kid did not have a clue what to do. After the people I was with and I finished with the commercial proposal replacement, I went back to the shop and I told our boss that I did not recognize this kid add the experience, however he claimed on his professional resume. He seemed undoubtedly lost for someone with 7 years of experience.
