I recently updated my home office! I provided it the full facelift.
I upgraded the windows with new, scrapped, sanded in addition to painted the former popcorn ceiling.
I also painted my walls a new color in addition to spoiled myself with new curtains, bedspread in addition to pillows, but the best thing is that I decided to rip out the outdated rug in addition to upgrade it with brick floors… Since I was upset about the time being cold in the wintertime, I really put down heated flooring, adding electric heated mats was quite easy, but you just add a step in the flooring process, however on top of the plywood goes the brick board, then the heated mats in addition to then the tile. I made sure to double in addition to triple check all my mats worked in addition to left no cold spots. Once I covered them with tile, they were not able to be accessed, and now that I have heated flooring, I want to redo the other home offices, and having heated flooring in my room is amazing. I like that anything that touches the heated brick feels sizzling as a result, my bed feels warmer, my desk chair in addition to my toes are perfectly warm. It makes no sound when it operates too. I don’t get woken up by the oil furnace clicking on in addition to off anymore. It also doesn’t waste heat by rising to the ceiling or creating cold spots since it is electric in addition to not air based, and eventually I plan for my entire apartment to have heated flooring in addition to to detach the outdated fireplace in the residing room. It will be more efficient in addition to visually pleasing.
