I have basically always had allergies ever since I was a young child. I guess I got them from my dad because he was often sneezing from hay fever and dust allergies. I tried doing the shots you supply yourself at your own place but they didn’t seem to work especially well. I tried all kinds of pills and herbs to stop it but nothing worked, I even tried hypnosis at one point. I wasn’t sure what was causing all of my allergies even though I was hoping to omit as many variables as possible. I started out by washing all the washable items in the property. Next I cleaned out my gas furnace and a/c filters and all of the air ducts and ductwork system in the place. I was still sneezing in the daytime hours with all of my windows closed so I realized it was something inside the house. I went to the hardware store and purchased a HEPA filter that the a/c equipment specialist suggested. I could not wait to get back to my place and try it out to see if it stopped my allergies the upcoming day when I awoke. To my amazement when I woke up, the air quality must have improved considerably because I had no more allergies! I was so ecstatic that I went out and decided to get a big ice cream cake to celebrate, too bad I was allergic to the dairy in it. Anyways, make sure your residential Heating and A/C equipment guy comes out to help you keep your a/c equipment perfectly clean and working well so you don’t have to suffer those allergic reactions kind of like how I did.
