I have always had allergies ever since I was a kid.
I think I got them from my dad because he was always sneezing from hay fever and dust allergies.
I tried doing the shots you give yourself at home but they didn’t seem to work very well. I tried all kinds of pills and herbs to stop it but nothing worked, I even tried hypnosis one time. I wasn’t sure what was causing all of my allergies but I wanted to omit as many variables as possible. I started out by washing all the washable items in the house. Next I cleaned out my furnace and a/c filters and all of the air ducts and ductwork in the house. I was still sneezing in the morning with all of my windows closed so I knew it was something inside the house. I went to the hardware store and bought a HEPA filter that the air conditioning specialist recommended. I couldn’t wait to get home and try it out to see if it stopped my allergies the next morning when I awoke. To my surprise when I woke up, the air quality must have improved because I had no more allergies! I was so happy that I went out and bought a big ice cream cake to celebrate, too bad I was allergic to the dairy in it. Anyways, make sure your residential HVAC guy comes out to help you keep your air conditioner clean and working well so you don’t have to suffer those allergic reactions like I did.
