When I needed to take calls, I would step outside to talk on the phone. I decided to go with a ductless mini-split. A ductless mini-split has an evaporator and a condenser like a traditional Heating and A/C system. But, the flow of coolant can be reversed in order to both heat and cool the room. The replacement was quick plus painless, as I only needed to drill an inch hole for all of the necessary components. Thanks to my ductless mini-split, my backyard office is a perfectly comfortable space for me to work remotely, in a distraction free environment.
