It is essential that our cooling system works, even during the winter. The reason is we keep aged cheeses in stock that give off a distinct smell. To the cheese lover, this may be a great smell however to several people it is not. We have not had many problems with our cooling system, until Last month which was one of my worst days at work. It was a Saturday, which means our store was super busy. The line was out the door, the phones were ringing non stop, and customers seemed to have more questions than usual. I started to become covered in sweat, however at first I chalked it up to the nerves from the rush of customers. Then I noticed the customers and my staff inside were also covered in sweat and using their hands as fans. I walked over to the thermostat and noticed it was off. I tried turning it back on, however it would not allow me to bring the temperature below 85 degrees. It was a boiling summer day, and 85 degrees was not going to cut it.
